Who We Are

Some say you shouldn’t go into business with your family or friends. Well, we are doing both as we are best mates who consider each other family.

Roman and Josh met in 2007 during their first year of university at QUT. The early days were fun focused as we enjoyed the university years rather than being bolted to a study desk. We made life friendships and both of us count our university friends as our greatest. These friends have also become our professional networks as we have each forged our own successful careers.

After 15 years of friendship and numerous career steps with tier one property and consulting firms, Josh and Roman have decided to build something together. Something we both believe in, building a legacy by changing the game.

Our mission is simple, to change property asset management by offering - Exceptional service, Professional advice and REAL Honesty.

Roman and Josh are both registered valuers with over 25 years combined experience, we have owned investments, completed developments and sold properties. We have advised governments, multi national organisations, local businesses and HNW individuals on their property portfolios and strategies.

Roman Sorbello

Roman is the Principle licensee and property manager here at Primex, responsible for the day to day operation of the business and management of the properties. He’s a hard working farm boy from North Queensland who’s developed a passion for property over a career spanning more than 12 years. Roman has experience in residential and commercial working in industry sectors including sales and leasing, valuation and strategic advisory.

Josh Coleman

Josh is responsible for client management and business development for PrimeX. He has a unique skill set gained from multi-disciplinary tertiary education and experience in both the Property and Finance sectors. Over the last 10 years, Josh has built a successful career as a Generalist Property Valuer, Business Banking Manager, Buyers Advocate and Development Manager. The pinnacle of his career (until now) was being promoted to the Head of Buyers Advocacy - Australia with JLL, Australia’s largest property services firm.

Josh has a happy and relaxed disposition, and he doesn’t take himself too seriously, he’s a people person and has a knack for simplifying the complex with honesty and a smile. Naturally, he prefers spending time speaking with clients rather than buried in his keyboard writing overly complicated reports that few really understand.

Josh also has a successful Buyers Advocacy business servicing high net wealth clients to secure their family homes and high quality investments throughout SEQ.

Career Highlights

  • Both Josh and Roman spent a combined 6 years working with the largest property services firm in Australia in various roles including, Property Valuer, Buyers Advocate, Head of buyers Advocacy - Australia

  • Roman spent almost 4 years working in the property consulting division of Deloitte working with some of the largest institutions in Australia

  • Josh spent 4 years working as a generalist property valuer completing thousands of residential and commercial valuations, then managed a SME portfolio as a business banking manager

  • Roman spent more than 4 years working with McGees as a property valuer working under the mentorship of property industry titan Greg Clarke.
